Hong Kong Holiday Part 1

Dear brought me along with his parents to HK to celebrate our first year anniversary there. He previously hinted he would be proposing during the holiday so I was understandably excited. Hohoho…

Me, looking very blur and tired at 6am at Changi Airport. The dress is from Mugigae, and pardon my not-so-pretty crocs shoes. They were really comfy, I didn’t get any aching, tired or blistered feet.

I went to use the business class toilet unknowing. I was amazed to see dermalogica facial wash and moisturizers there. I was telling Dear that Cathy was great, providing passengers with rather expensive products. He went: “Dear, you went to the wrong toilet, you should be using the ones behind”. Sadly the economy class toilet has no dermalogica stuff at all. Boo!

Breakfast was enjoyable except for the soggy hash brown

Hong Kong Airport

Intercontinential Grand Standford Hotel at Tsimshatsui East, Kowloon. Convenient location, spacious rooms and impeccable service. I was very pleased during my stay here. The buffet breakfast (which would be featured in another post) boosted a huge variety and the food was of great quality. We ate 3 buffet breakfasts during our stay at this hotel and I was not tired of the food at all.

Lunch at the Hotel’s café. It was late; we were starving and had no energy to go out to look for food.

Club sandwich.

Wanton noodles

Tiramisu

Black forest cake

Dragon Boat Race nearby the hotel
