Graze

Enjoyed a very hearty and delicious dinner at Graze, Rochester Park. I was craving for BBQ prawns and I saw it on Graze’s menu online. I must say that I was not disappointed with the prawns and the other dishes were surprisingly impressive. Looking forward to dine here again.

Graze @ Rochester has an alfresco and indoor dining section, as well as an outdoor movie projector located at the drink tables.

There were only a couple of other tables filled that night. Service was brisk and polite, which I found acceptable.

Butternut pumpkin soup, cranberry caramelized pumpkin seeds. The pumpkin seeds gave the soup an interesting texture but since I was not a fan of pumpkin soup, I wont comment further on it. The person who ordered it liked the soup very much.Tiger prawns with salt and pepper, fresh and flavoursome!

Pan roasted barramundi with organic pumpkin ravioli, chilli plum salsa, basil oil

Black Cod Cutlet with Citrus and Lombok Chili Coating. This dish was another highlight of the night.

Crispy skin sea bass with sweet corn basil mash, sauté of leeks and fine herbs

Big chips with Salt and Pepper. Whipped potato w sour cream and spring onion. These were average.
