Mitzo Weekend Brunch Just Got Better with Revamped Menu, Cocktails and Bubbly

Weekends just got better with Mitzo’s revamped brunch menu. Available every Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays, between 11.30am and 2.30pm, Mitzo’s revamped menu indulges diners in the finest by including luxurious items such as lobster, abalone and bamboo clam
dishes. Bubbly lovers will also get to enjoy free flow of Veuve Clicquot champagne that is newly added into the beverage package.

Continuing to redefine the yum cha experience with a heady mix of progressive Cantonese fare and tipples, diners get to enjoy over 40 types of offerings comprising of supreme seafood delicacies, dim sums, roasts, wok dishes and desserts, at just $68++ per adult. With an addition of only $60++ per adult, one could imbibe free flow artisanal cocktails, Veuve Clicquot
champagne, wines, and beers. Parents can now sit back and indulge while the little ones frolic in a newly set up playroom, located adjacent to the dining hall. Children under 6 dine free; 6 to 12 years old enjoy 50% off.

SUPREME DELICACIES, ARTISANAL DIM SUMS AND TIPPLES

 

Be spoilt by nine different choices of supreme delicacies as the revamped brunch menu offers the option of picking one serving of Bamboo Clam, Live Lobster and an Abalone dish each. Highlights include Steamed bamboo clam with minced garlic, Spicy chilli lobster served with bun and Stir-fried XO abalone with asparagus.

Unlimited servings of Mitzo’s signatures and crowd favourites including the Mitzo special barbecued pork, Har gao, Siew mai, Custard moon bun and Chef’s hearty Double-boiled soup remain on the menu. Other must-try dishes include several exciting new plates – Black pepper cod fish dumpling, Braised duck with pulled noodles, Escargot cheese puff and Hokkaido milk cheese tart.

Diners who opt for the beverage package can look forward to a unique degustation journey of exquisite concoctions that have been artfully selected by Mitzo’s in-house mixologist to complement the brunch.

Tea-infused brunch cocktails -vert

As an ode to the traditional custom of drinking tea during yum cha, the brunch features an array of tea infused cocktails that are appetising, refreshing and revitalising – the perfect accompaniment to your meal.

Bubbly lovers can also look forward to free flow Veuve Clicquot champagne throughout the brunch.
