Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Unveils Borderless Sunday Brunch

After a long, hectic week, what can be better than to recharge with a delectable brunch? Grand Copthorne Waterfront hotel, which recently underwent a $17 million makeover, is launching a tempting new concept-Borderless Brunch.

The hotel’s Integrated Dining Destination comprises of Food Capital (live stations serving Asian and international cuisines), Grissini (Italian restaurant with focuses on pizzas and Josper-grilled meats, and Tempo (trendy and dynamic bar). Borderless Sunday Brunch is an ambrosial affair that allows diners to experience all 3 concepts, over a leisurely span of 3 hours.

Embark on the gastronomical adventure at Food Capital, starting with an array of chilled seafood such as Poached Maine Lobster, Freshly Shucked Irish and Canadian Oysters, New Zealand Mussels, Mud Crabs and Scallops with Roe.

For something more luxurious, head over to the Foie Gras Station to savour the Pan-seared Foie Gras. Explore the various interactive show kitchens-must tries include the Laksa from the Asian Kitchen, curries and tandoori meats from the Indian Kitchen and roasted meats from the Rotisserie.

Head over the Grissini, to let your taste buds revel in the assortment of antipasti, cold cuts and handmade pizzas. Don’t forget visit the Grill Station, where ingredients are cooked using a Josper Grill worth 28 grand. Meats are grilled over charcoal and flavored wood, to achieve a seductive char and aroma.  I highly recommend the juicy Prime Wagyu Beef Ribeye, tender Mediterranean Octopus and succulent King Prawns.
