Mitzo Celebrates The Festive Season with Lavish Menus

Progressive Cantonese restaurant, Mitzo Restaurant & Bar, joins in the festivities with a selection of modern Cantonese dishes paired with artisanal cocktails. The restaurant’s seasonal menus incorporate premium and well-loved ingredients such as lobster, abalone and wagyu beef, befitting the jolly season. In true Mitzo style, your dining experience is made complete with Mitzo’s innovative cocktail programme that sees the use of elements the likes of homemade infused spirits, alcoholic crystals and fruity foam garnishes.

Celebrate Christmas differently with modern Cantonese flavours as the Festive Merriment
I menu ($88++ per person) kicks off with a luxe Festive steamed dim sum platter of
Steamed lobster har gow, Chicken dumpling topped with shaved truffle, and Scallop
and asparagus dumpling. Comfort your taste buds with the light yet flavourful. Double-boiled maka soup with clam and chicken, followed by an indulgent serving of Braised
abalone and asparagus king prawn skewers, and finally Steamed rice served with truffle
wagyu beef.

To amp it up, opt for the Festive Merriment II menu ($108++ per person) that offers a
Festive Platter made of the signature Mitzo special barbecued pork and a unique Crispy
soft shell crab wrapped with salted egg charcoal puff. Festive diners are also treated to
a hearty and sumptuous bowl of Double-boiled abalone soup with winter melon, pork
ribs and lotus leaf. Your dining experience is elevated as the table sees the arrival of the premium Steamed live Boston lobster topped with soya sauce, black and white garlic
before rounding up the meal with a decadent bowl of Poached noodles topped with
pork ribs.

As the perfect finale to your celebrations, both set menus are completed with a
refreshing Champagne jelly served with rose tea crush and lychee caviar.

For diners who love a well-mix of Mitzo signature and seasonal items, you will
be pleased to know that selected dishes are available as ala-carte

Deep-fried lobster claw wrapped with salted egg puff and more! As a toast to both

Known for his innovative cocktail programme at Mitzo, Bar Manager and Mixologist, Marco Pignotta completes the season’s merrymaking with two festive cocktails.

Using the freshest of ingredients, the Yuletide Cheers is a fizzy and floral aperitif cocktail made of chamomile tea infused whisky and prosecco sparkling wine shaken with lemon juice, rose and apple syrup, and topped with redcurrant foam. The Magic Julep treats your senses with a sour yet refreshing concoction of Cinnamon infused rum shaken with lemon juice, fresh passion fruit juice and egg white, garnished with
mint leaves and homemade campari sugar.
