Festive Ala Carte Dine-in Menu (5th Dec-30th Dec all all Marmalade Pantry outlets)

This Christmas, The Marmalade Pantry launches a special festive dine-in menu for guests. Delight in an array of seven new dishes from appetisers such as the Roasted Cauliflower Soup ($12++) with caramelised onions and charred leeks with truffle oil and the Pumpkin Salad (14++) with kale, couscous and cherry tomato confit drizzled with feta cheese and white balsamic dressing.

Mains include the Chardonnay Braised Turkey Breast ($28++) with sage and oregano stuffing, lemon French beans topped with humble cranberry sauce and white turkey jus, the Quinoa Crusted Cod ($35++), complete with asparagus puree, roasted baby carrots and potatoes in vodka tomato cream sauce, and the Braised Beef Cheek ($34++) with truffle mash potato and roasted root vegetables.

Complete the meal with sweets such as Forest Berries Mousse ($10++) with mixed berry compote and meringue or the Chocolate & Orange Tart ($10++) made with salted caramel and vanilla ice cream.

Christmas Eve and Day Buffets (24 and 25 Dec, only at The Marmalade Pantry Novena and Downtown)

The Marmalade Pantry will be kicking off Christmas with a luxurious festive buffet on Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas day lunch. At a price of $68++ per person and $34++ per child, the buffet spread includes a live seafood station with oysters, mussels and prawns alongside a carvery station with Christmas classics including the Chardonnay-braised Turkey Breast and Whisky Maple Honey Baked Ham. Other mains include the Roast Beef and Apple Baked Salmon.

A total of six accompanying sides will be showcased – Yorkshire Pudding, Turkey Stuffing, Green Bean Casserole, Maple & Orange Carrots, Broccoli & Cauliflower Gratin and Roasted Sweet & Yukon Gold Potatoes. Sweets include the traditional Chocolate Truffle Log Cake, the Rainbow Log Cake, the Gingerbread House, Fruit Cake, Stollen, Assorted Cookies, limited-edition Christmas Cupcakes and Fresh Fruits.

Children can enjoy themselves in their own kid-friendly buffet line of Beef Meatball Spaghetti, Fish Sticks, Mac & Cheese and Mini Pizzas.

The Christmas Eve buffet is available from 6pm to 1030pm, while the Christmas Day buffet will be available from 12pm to 3pm.

Limited-edition Christmas Cupcakes (available at all The Marmalade Pantry outlets)

From 5 December 2016 to 5 January 2017, The Marmalade Pantry will be retailing its exclusive range of festive cupcakes at all its outlets. At $4.90 per cupcake, the selections include Ho Ho Ho! – a chocolate cupcake with black cherry and chocolate ganache coated with a layer of fondant in the form of Santa’s face – and Mistletoe – a spiced pumpkin cupcake with pumpkin filling.

In the season of giving, The Marmalade Pantry will be offering a festive bundle of $15 for four Christmas cupcakes.

Pick from a list of classics from the Traditional 5 Herb Crusted Oven Roasted Turkey ($88+) to the Whisky Maple Honey Baked Gammon Ham ($88+). Other mains include the Roasted Angus Ribeye ($88+) topped with merlot infused beef jus, the Apple Baked Salmon ($88+) with lemon, capers and fill beurre blanc sauce, and the Moroccan Roasted Boneless Leg of Lamb ($88+).

Sides include the brand’s signature Marmalade Mac & Cheese ($20+), the Traditional Sage & Oregano Turkey Stuffing ($20+), Caramelised Brussels Sprouts & Roasted Pumpkin ($20+), Green Bean Casserole ($20+) with mushroom gravy and fried onion and Broccoli & Cauliflower Gratin ($20+) complete with gruyere cheese.

Customers can enjoy a promotional package price of one carvery and two sides at $110+.

Christmas desserts include a Baked Lemon Meringue Tart ($35+) and a Chocolate Truffle Log Cake ($60+). Bottles of red and white wine start from $28+ and $98+ for a bottle of champagne.
