I am fond of latter as the crustacean has a crunch that can come only from being fresh, whilst the mango salsa has diced onions mixed in, which added texture and depth. Another winner is the crackling Roasted Suckling Piglet with Hoisin Sauce.
The Double-Boiled Korean Soft Ginseng with Spring Chicken Soup feels really fortifying. Oh, what a lovely broth!
I always love visiting Chinese restaurants for steamed Garoupa, which unfortunately, has to be shared around the table. At Spices Cafe, one can have unlimited servings of the Steamed Whole Garoupa swimming in a pool of mouth-watering Superior Soy Sauce! Life’s good!
