Chef Lum shared that Sakura Chicken is low in antibiotics hence can be boiled for many hours to fully extract all its goodness. Plus winter melon is great for cooling down heatiness, which all of us will surely accumulate from CNY snacking.
The seductive aroma of the Wok Fried Coffee Pork Ribs hit me once it entered the room. I’ve read positive reviews on this dish and true enough, each piece was tender, juicy and absolutely divine! Make a beeline for this and grab a couple of pieces because you really can’t stop at one!
The CNY classic, Braised Sea Cucumber with Sea Moss & Flower Mushroom, was excellent too.
