Hilton Singapore Egg-travagant Easter Sunday Brunch

Let the Easter feasting begin at Hilton Singapore’s “Egg-travagant” Easter brunch on Sunday, 16 April. Celebrate the festivity with a decadent spread of eight live cooking stations of ocean-fresh seafood, prime meat cuts and hearty carvings, a dedicated cheese room with Swiss Raclette cheese and over 30 types of European cheese and tempting Easter delights decked on the six-metre long D9 dessert showcase.

Be spoilt for choices once you step foot in the restaurant as every corners are packed with irresistible treats and be welcomed by the open-flame charcoal grill taking the center stage with sizzling U.S. prime ribs and hearty meat carvings of herb-roasted lamb rack, German pork knuckles and Easter specials of cheese, garlic, pork and snail sausages to satisfy the carnivorous cravings. Move on to the live seafood oyster bar for ocean-fresh premium catches of Maine lobsters, Alaskan king crabs, half-shell scallops and freshly shucked oysters from Australia, France and U.S.

Tucked away in the corner is the dedicated Cheese room with more than 30 types of European cheeses and Swiss Raclette melted cheese with accompaniments, perfect to go along with the assortment of over eight types of thinly-sliced cold cuts on the Chacuterie station featuring the imported whole leg of Jamón Ibérico ham, Mortadella and Saucisson sec cured meat. Epicureans will not miss out on the three variations of gourmet foie gras highlighting the pan-seared foie gras and quail egg with spicy mango and pomegranate salsa as well as the à la minute gastronomy station with cooked-to-order egg-themed specialties such as the must-try homemade classic Scotch eggs with black truffle hollandaise, poached eggs benedict with parma ham and smoked salmon powder with Keta caviar.
