Epicureans will not miss out on the three variations of gourmet foie gras highlighting the pan-seared foie gras and quail egg with spicy mango and pomegranate salsa as well as the à la minute gastronomy station with cooked-to-order egg-themed specialties such as the must-try homemade classic Scotch eggs with black truffle hollandaise, poached eggs benedict with parma ham and smoked salmon powder with Keta caviar.
