Despite achieving success with their Mookata Buffet, Talay Kata continues to strive further in a bid to offer diners more tasty options. Their new Cooked Food Buffet features vibrant Thai cuisine that will tantalize your taste buds. Dishes are rotated on a day to day basis, to allow regular diners the opportunity to try more varieties.
Whet your appetite with DIY Som Tam, before heading for Tom Yum Soup to warm the tummy.
My favorite item that night was the Fried Salted Egg Sotong, where chewy squid is coated with crunchy batter, accompanied with a creamy salted egg yolk dip. Rave alert!
Another highlight was the Gai Satay, where tender chicken meat is grilled to perfection.
Seafood lovers can get their fix with these Sambal Mussels.
The Deep-fried Morning Glory isn’t overly oily and is impossible not to love!
Apart from above, diners can look forward to other dishes such as Braised Chicken, Fried Thai Basil Fish, Grilled Chicken, Stir-fried Vegetables with Sambal Sauce, Drunken Prawns and Kang Kung Balachan.
In addition, you can enhance the experience by topping up for a Steamboat Buffet. Pick from from an array of fresh seafood, meats and greens and feast to your heart’s content!
Finally, round up the meal with desserts such Thai Sticky Rice and Ice Cream.
The Cooked Food Buffet and Steamboat Buffet are available daily for both lunch and dinner.
