Cherry Garden presents two gourmet options, specially put together in his honour, featuring the ever-popular weekend dim sum brunch. Do not miss the steamed fan shell scallop in minced garlic, and sweet and sour Kurobuta pork tossed with pineapple, cucumber and capsicum. Alternatively, savour a seven-course dinner including the signature Peking duck and braised eight-head abalone with organic baby spinach, and end off with cherries in nui er hong and aged kuei hua wine cocktail jelly topped with refreshing lychee sorbet. Available on  17 and 18 June, the dim sum brunch is priced at $78++ per person, while the set dinner is priced at $118++ per person.

For a feast to delight dads, gather family and friends at Melt Café for an exciting crab buffet spread showcasing crustacean favourites such as Alaskan king crab on ice, Hainanese crab noodles and salted egg yolk soft-shell crab. Available from 16 June, Melt Café’s dinner buffet is priced from $75++ per person on Sunday and $85++ per person on Friday and Saturday.

Pamper the man of importance with a spectacular brunch buffet spread of fine Italian pastas, risottos, fresh oysters, seafood and meats, complete with a free flow of Ruinart “R” de Ruinart Brut champagne at Dolce Vita. Available on 17 and 18 June 2017 from 12 noon to 3.00 pm, Dolce Vita’s brunch is priced at $158++ per person.

Finally, bask in the stunning city skyline views and indulge in a spice-themed afternoon tea. Highlights include zaatar chicken mini pita bread, beef casserole nutmeg-flavoured potatoes and more. Available daily from 3.00 to 5.00 pm throughout the month of June, the menu is priced at $42++ per guest and $80++ for two.
