This July, Singapore’s premier multi-concept lifestyle and dining destination, 1-Altitude, celebrates its special 7th anniversary milestone with a month-long programme of unique parties, dinners and collaborations.

Anniversary on Friday, 7 July 2017, a date aptly picked—on the seventh day, of the seventh month,
of its seventh year—to mark the seventh year milestone.

Come dressed in your party best and get seduced by an oasis of shimmering bright lights and
dazzling debauchery—282 metres above the bustling streets of Singapore’s Central Business
District—as the allure of excitement, entertainment, fortune and fame enlivens the
world’s highest alfresco bar in true Sin City fashion.

Sip on the exotic Grand Ace—a seductive concoction dreamed up for the occasion with Courvoisier VS cognac—that flaunts flirty flavours of passionfruit, lychee, and soursop. Providing the high-energy soundtrack for the evening are resident party band Electric Avenue; and DJs Leonard T and Jack T, alongside emcee J Soopa; as roving Vegas showgirls make their rounds, charming onlookers into hedonistic pursuits of glamour.

Singapore’s highest gastronomic destination, Stellar at 1-Altitude, embarks on its seventh year of
culinary crusades with a month-long tribute to truffles and fine wines in the month of July.


Setting the stage is a special four-hands, six-course truffle dinner on Tuesday, 4 July 2017, featuring Michelin-starred chef Francisco Javier Araya of Calia Emporium, Melbourne, in collaboration with Stellar at 1-Altitude’s executive chef Christopher Millar.

As the peak of winter truffle season in Australia approaches, the one-night-only dinner—priced at
S$250++, inclusive of a glass of Dom Pérignon 2006 Vintage—will showcase exotic Périgord black
truffles sourced from Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula. Both chefs will use the prized fungi to
transform the season’s finest ingredients, such as Hokkaido scallops, Carabinero prawns, and Sturia caviar, into extraordinary culinary creations.

To commemorate the restaurant’s newly minted partnership with Dom Pérignon, diners who opt for an additional wine pairing will be taken through a selection of the house’s finest vintages by
Dom Pérignon winemaker, Vincent Chaperon.

Based in Shanghai, chef Francisco has built an incredible reputation within the global dining scene,
with fine dining restaurant NAPA; Alegre restaurant in Chile; and 81 Restaurant in Tokyo, where he
was awarded his first Michelin star. Adding to his accreditation, chef Francisco also completed his
training at Andoni Luis Aduriz’s Mugaritz in Spain, before spending a season at the legendary el
Bulli, under the direction of world-renowned chef Ferran Adrià.

As part of a month-long joint celebration of truffles between Stellar at 1-Altitude and Italian sister
restaurant, Monti at The Fullerton Pavillion, the coveted “diamond of the kitchen” will also be generously infused into decadent dishes that will be featured in the eight-course Antipodes menu and three-course a la carte menu throughout the month of July.


Come Tuesday, 18 July 2017, Stellar at 1-Altitude will host an exclusive Amelia Park Wine Dinner
with fine and rare wine merchant, Grand Vin. Led by its Southeast Asia representative,
Jannik E. von Freiesleben, diners will be taken through the gamut of high quality Margaret River
wines from its Estate, Reserve, and Trellis collections; paired with a five-course menu showcasing
the quintessential, progressive Australian cooking that has been synonymous with Chef Millar’s
heritage, experiences, and culinary adventures. The five-course wine dinner is priced at S$140++,
inclusive of wine pairing.
