Calling all crab fanatics! Don’t miss the chance to indulge in Spice Brassiere’s Endless Crab Party Buffet Dinner, where diners can immerse themselves in a melange of crab selections at a wallet-friendly prices.
The crab buffet has been well-received for many years, but this does not stop Executive Chef Low Hoe Kiat from upping the ante. Diners can look forward to 8 new tantalising creations, in addition to the 4 endearing classics.
My personal favourite is the Wok Fried Crab in Wu Jia Pi Wine. Succulent crustacean is flambeed with Wu Jia Pi wine over a dancing flame, alongside with Dang Gui, Wolfberries, fragrance with coriander and ginger. The result is a burst of irresistible flavour in each mouthful. So thankful towards Chef Low for sharing the joys of his family recipe!
Salted Egg is a common flavour that can be spotted at many restaurants and Zi Char stalls. However, not all salted egg sauces are equal. Chef Low’s Salted Egg Crab hit all the right spots with his rich and creamy sauce, enhanced with curry leaves and chilli padi for an uplifting kick. Finger-licking good!
The Bee Hoon Crab may look unassuming, but is certainly worth breaking the diet for. The rice vermicelli is enticingly flavoursome, as each strand had soaked up delectable crab broth.
Those who prefer delicate flavours will appreciate the elegant and healthy Steamed Crab with ginger, spring onion and Chinese wine, while kids will find themselves popping a morsel of the Cheesy Crab Cake after another.
Other new crab dishes include Rock Salt Baked Crab, Stir Fried Crab with Asian Spices and Stir Fried Crab with Jalapeno.
Solider on and feast to your heart’s content over classics such as Slow-braised Pumpkin Crab in Claypot, Black Pepper Crab, and Chilli Crab.
Oh yes, and did I mention that each diner can grab a serving of Flame-grilled Mentaiko Lobster too?
Apart from crab dishes, Spice Brassiere also offers salads, Sashimi & Sushi, Seafood on Ice, Indian Cuisine and dishes such as Mussels in Spicy Coconut and Lobster Claw in Cream Sauce.
Finally, round up the meal with toothsome treats such as Green Tea Tiramisu, Mango Mousse and Cherry Tart.
Endless Crab Buffet is available from Thursdays to Sundays, till 31st July 2017 so get in early!
