The tantalizing and dishes are prepared by guest Chef Arnan Sinsanwit, who hails from the award-winning JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok. Marriott Café in JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok has clinched many awards, including Bangkok Best Dining Award- Certificate of Excellence in the Buffet Category in 2016 and 2017.

Next, munch on some crunchy Spicy Pomelo Salad, tossed with a spicy-sweet dressing and littered with prawns.
The lip-smacking Grilled Marinated Pork Neck with Spicy Sauce will leave you being begging for more! The tender meat itself tastes great alone, and even better with the complimenting spicy sauce.
Dive into the Stir-fried Mixed Seafood with Hot Basil Leaves, which hit all the right notes with mouth-watering plump scallops and large crunchy prawns. The freshness of the seafood medley was indisputable.
The Baked Minced Seafood with spicy coconut custard worked in harmony and left an indelible impression.
We also tried the Grilled Marinated Chicken & Lemongrass with Spicy Sauce and Green Curry Chicken, both crowd-pleasers that will appeal to both children and adults.
Apart from the Thai dishes, the dinner buffet also offer an assortment of fresh seafood (Snow Crab Legs, Boston Lobster, freshly shucked Oysters) as well as western delicacies such as Seared Duck Breast with Caramelized Sauce, Braised Beef Cheeks and Pork Saddle stuffed with Prunes & Pancetta.
Round up the sumptuous buffet dinner with Thai Classics such as Mango Sticky Rice and Red Ruby.
