menu features seasonal delights of fresh seafood and premium-cut meat. Whet your

festive menu set. Diners can look forward to indulge in resplendent treats such as the luxe trio
starter, Soya poached foie gras, Roasted crispy pork belly, and Prawn in creamy bonito
sauce. Followed by a hearty bowl of nourishing Double boiled abalone soup with morel
mushroom and turkey, that is set to tantalise both the taste buds and the soul.
The feasting doesn’t just stop there; instead of the usual festive roasts, satiate your meat
cravings with a delectable plate of Deep-fried beef with crispy enoki in cumin sauce, before
rounding up the meal with an indulgent serving of Pulled noodles with shredded lamb shank. Find the perfect finale to end off the feast with a mouth-watering Chilled purple potato
