Cocobolo Poolside Bar + Grill fires up the grill on this holiday season with a decadent BBQ buffet spread on 15 to 16, 22 to 24, and 29 to 31 December 2017.
Each dish – from the cold to hot selections, festive must-haves from a live carving station and a
comprehensive array of BBQ delights – is carefully chosen by chef to present a menu that is packed with flavours and zest to delight celebrants’ taste buds.
A true feast for all the senses, diners are treated to a glorious view of the sunset and the city skyline at this al fresco, poolside BBQ fare, before the night turns the bustling entertainment precinct of Clarke Quay into a kaleidoscope of colours, lights and sounds – all under the starry sky.
Start light and easy with the Norwegian Salmon Gravlax and Lobster Bisque, before going full swing with the Christmas Ham and Slow-roasted Turkey. The night gets even better with whiffs of chargrilled succulent cuts from the nearby BBQ grill – freshly served to ensure quality and freshness.
Premium cuts of Kurobuta Pork Belly, Lamb Merguez Sausage, Lamb Ribs, Angus Beef Striploin with the well-seasoned Tama Miso Mackerel and Cajun Chicken Thighs take the centre stage. Fresh, plump catches of Tiger Prawns, subtly enhanced by creamy pesto and garlic marinade, with Harissa and Basil Squid complement the premium spread.
The holiday indulgence ends on a sweet, hearty note with Christmas Logcakes, cookies, mince pies, assorted desserts shooters and macarons.
