Dig into J65 signature, the comforting Seafood Thermidor. This is exactly how I love baked seafood, with lots cream and cheese but still maintaining the sweetness of the crustaceans.
Other seafood items that are sure to tug on your heartstrings are Kong Bao Slipper Lobster, Clams in Spicy Thai Sauce and Singapore Chilli Crab. Another must try is the Whole Baked Norwegian Salmon, which remained amazingly moist despite undergoing the wrath of the oven.
