romantic take on the traditional Lunar New Year staple, Yu Sheng – Lucky in Love (S$58++).
Luxuriate in a propitious and seductive toss designed for two, featuring aphrodisiacs like oysters, honey, pomegranate, figs, pine nuts, and smoked salmon, that is sure to arouse the palate. Toss with shouts of “Lucky in Love”, and other auspicious wishes to beckon a promising start to the new year and everlasting love.

Love blossoms with Stellar at 1-Altitude’s special Valentine’s Day menu, conceived to delight the
senses and to celebrate the occasion with your special partner. Tease your appetite and begin your culinary journey with Amuse Bouche of freshly-shucked oysters; and smoked salmon with
pumpernickel ice cream. The meal continues with fresh catch and harvest – Scallop, seared with vanilla, leek, and truffle; and Garden – an ingenious rendition of your usual salad made with celeriac carpaccio, hibiscus, beetroot, and tomato caramel.

Tantalise your palate and spoil your partner with a choice of Lobster, a lobster ravioli
doused in a sinful, nutty beurre noisette; or Foie Gras, caramelised with Jerusalem
artichoke, arugula and passion fruit. Followed by either the line caught Seabass,
accompanied with caviar, charlotte potato, and champagne; or melt-in-your-mouth Veal
Loin, accompanied with textures of zucchini, fondant potato, and praline.

Complete the meal with the final dessert course – Roses, a hibiscus soup, served with rose nitrogen meringue, strawberry Orelys, and rosemary honey; and indulge in a charming petit four of Diamond Raspberry Truffles, for the finishing touch to this multisensory culinary experience.
