Beanstro Introduces 19 New “Bean-licious” Dishes

Looking for a go-to place for breakfast, lunch, dinner and even high tea? We would like to imagine that Beanstro is the place to ‘bean’ while you tuck in and watch the world go by. This July, Beanstro introduces its revamped menu with 19 new dishes.

Beanstro is a casual dining concept located at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands. Elegant yet cosy, Beanstro has just the right balance of swanky restaurant and trendy café vibes. With tables alongside the indoor canals, diners can also enjoy the sights and sounds of the water’s edge, from the beautiful parade of sampans to the water fountain whirlpool performance.

On top of the lush interior and scenic views, Beanstro serves a delectable range of American-style dishes which are freshly prepared by the in-store chef. The menu also offers a decadent array of desserts, and of course, Beantro’s signature beverages to boot.

The revamped menu is exclusively available at the Beanstro outlet at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, #B2-20/20A, Canal Level.

Durian & Barbecue Fiesta @ Melt Cafe

Durian Afternoon Tea @ Mandarin Oriental

Savour an epicurean afternoon tea at Axis Bar & Lounge, where a bold and inviting durian theme menu with a local twist will be served.

Available all through July, begin with a refreshing Wolfberry Infused Jasmine Tea Jelly with Honey Emulsion and indulge in savouries such as the Roulade of Chicken, Spiced Ginger and Chili Caviar. Handcrafted with chilli oil, the caviar showcases molecular finesse for a bite-sized indulgence, reminiscent of Singapore’s well-loved chicken rice.

Taking centre stage is the king of fruits, decadently infused into gourmet desserts and served on an exquisite three-tiered stand. Highlights not to be missed include the divine Durian Macaron, D24 Durian Mousse, Durian Custard Sable Tart with Taro Foam, Gula Melaka Durian Opera and more. Luxuriate in the perfect ambience and pair it with the Grand Jasmine TWG tea, a brew of soothing green tea and jasmine blossoms to culminate the experience.

Axis Bar & Lounge Durian Afternoon Tea is available daily till 31st July from 3-5pm. On weekends and public holidays, an additional seating starts at 12.30pm and ends at 2.30pm. The afternoon tea is priced at $42++ per person, or $80++ for 2 diners.
