The St. Regis Champagne Brunch

The St Regis Champagne Brunch at Brasserie Les Saveurs is undoubtedly, a decadent affair. Free- flow bubbles, Alaskan crabs, lobster, oysters from France, foie gras and caviar.  You name it, they have it!

Feast in the luxurious interiors of the opulent St Regis Hotel, while the live jazz band sets the mood.  Staff meander around with trays of unique appetizers. Service is butler-like, enthusiastic rather than smothering. This is the place to splash out on!

St Regis Afternoon Tea Dance

The variety of offerings at St Regis Brasserie Les Saveurs has increased a great deal since my previous visit (part 1, part 2). On Saturday afternoons, this lavish restaurant adorned with grand chandeliers and luxurious carpets, is an enticing afternoon tea destination. Apart from enjoying the buffet spread with live music serenading throughout the afternoon, dance instructions are always eager to waltz you away.

For my previous detailed blog posts on Brassiere Les Saveurs here, here, here and here.

Afternoon tea at Brasserie Les Saveurs Part 1

00-tileeW, M and myself have a weakness for desserts, hence we always look forward to our afternoon tea sessions! This time we tried Brasserie Les Saveurs at St Regis Hotel. I had a good impression of their desserts when I came for the set lunch a few months ago. Continue reading

Brasserie Les Saveurs

09e-tile Lunched with K at Brasserie Les Saveurs, St Regis Hotel. It was the blue lobster season in August and the restaurant was having a week-long special menu, which featured this delicacy, imported fresh from the Atlantic waters. Check out my other reviews on the set lunch here and here, as well as the afternoon tea buffet ( part 1, part 2). Continue reading
